The staff was very kind. He explained we could get our room upgraded with IHG membersip and gave a suite. The room was much bigger than usual and the bed was so comfortable that we could sleep very soundly.

Air conditioner was set to automatically turn on and off. It made a funny noise whenever it started working.

The mattress was way to soft . Did not get much sleep

POOR BREAKFAST - MENU - not friendly for Veg make a bouffe.

I used to live in Cloverdale. this location is convenient and close to amenities

Nice room. Stadf was good!

The bar/Restauranf closed before we coukd enjoy 8t so we had to walk a few blocks to Biston Pizza

the room we had was a pleasant surprise with being a bedroom separate from living but we weren’t there much to take advantage. we found whoever was staying there before us some clothes hanging on the bedroom door and dirty socks behind the door so kind of gross 😢 the road beside us was loud but not their fault. staff was nice but some there was a language barrier. location great if you have stuff in cloverdale. we had sports. and Boston pizza and Starbucks and all that very close. there was a fly in our room that annoyed us lol but what do you do! okay not sure we’d stay again and the dirty clothes were a deterrent
