Romantic and elegant stay in the heart of Quebec City. The staff is exceptional; hotel is very well staffed as well. Our room was spotless, the air-conditioner was wonderful, and the bed, so comfy! We can't wait to come back to this beautiful inn.

Location was amazing, right in the heart of the Old Town Quebec. Nancy, Alex, Andre and Guiseppi were amazing and fulfilled our every need.

I have had my share of professional travel. This was a welcome change from big hotels, a smaller scale, a historical type building. Very quaint. Very close to the Centre des congrès. I walked from the train station.

There really wasn't anything I disliked. For those who don't like stairs, well, there is no elevator. That did not bother me.

the bathroom barely had enough room to use the toilet and the entire place wreaked of perfume/cleaning products. It was NOT worth the money as there are so many more options in the area to stay at for less. I would NOT book here again.

We have been to Quebec City 4 times and have stayed in the big hotels and other boutique hotels. This hotel was fabulous. The location is terrific, one block away from shopping and restaurants. Parking was no issue. All the staff was fantastic. This is a small boutique hotel with very nice rooms and extremely comfortable beds. If you would like an old style room with stone walls and an authentic old european feel you must ask for room 52 or 53. We stayed in room 52, it was great. We saw the other rooms and they were beautiful also. Would we stay there again, absolutely 100% yes. We would go out of our way to book this hotel the next time we are in Quebec City,

We hit Quebec City in the peak of fall. The trees are on fire outside our room. This room was beautiful and cozy and let us pay a small fee to stay until our train the next day. It was so comforting to be able to come back to the room for a little nap and break. The bed was fluffy, there was a bath that I lounged in, there was delicious coffee and tea available. We want to go back to Quebec City and we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Check-in/bag holding was a little messy coming at the crack of dawn off a cruise ship. Understandable.

Great location, nothing is cheap in QC. Breakfast is OK but no variety and kinda pricy.

The street in front has some noise from cars racing down the street, not too bad just a distraction.
