Spacious 2 queen suite with living room and small kitchen. The A/C worked well.
We had to move rooms twice. The 1st room had a bad leak when it rained. The 2nd room had a broken toilet that maintenance couldn't fix. The staff, Rosie in particular, was great in reassigning us rooms.

Personal und Service super - von der Rezeption bis zum Housekeeping (Dank an José!). Zimmer sauber, Bett sehr gemütlich. Klimaanlage nicht zu laut und ausschaltbar. Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Lage sehr gut! Zwei schöne kleine Pools und Rooftopbereich.
Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Badarmaturen etc., Schranktüren, defekter Safe). Einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt - leider eher der Standard in den USA: sehr hellhörig! Ich konnte sowohl das Schnarchen als auch den Wecker der angrenzenden Nachbarn hören. Keine Gepäckaufbewahrung.

The concept with graffiti on the walls, roof pools and patios inside the mansion is really cool. Lots of plants and music is also an advantage. Balcony with chairs is also cool. Location is very good, it’s near the beach and cafes.
The ceiling in the room was not painted at all. Staff told us that it was a concept of the hotel. But every morning you literally wake up just like in the construction area.
Bathroom door was not closing properly. There was also a locker on it, that didn’t work.
The balcony had two doors, but only one of them was closing properly.
At one moment entry door to the room became locked and we had waited for more than 15 minutes before a man came and fixed the problem.
There is no parking in the hotel. It was not a surprise, but the nearest parking demanded $40 flat rate for 1 night what was one on mind. So if you come by car, consider other parkings with hourly rates or lower overnight rates.
There is no coffeemaker in the room, nor complimentary water.

Non accettano American Express negli Stati Uniti e una cosa pressoché incredibile dopo pagato il soggiorno con American Express attraverso Booking ho dovuto cercare un Bancomat prelevare 100 $ per la cauzione INCREDIBILE!!! Il ceck out è stato un vero e proprio delirio mi hanno fatto attendere un ora in quanto dovevano ispezionare la camera !!! E per finire non hanno permesso il deposito della valigia il mio volo era alle 8 pm mi sono dovuto trascinare la valigia per tutta Miami ….. mai più in questo hotel e vi CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI EVITARLO ‼️‼️‼️

Location is good
I faced significant difficulties in communicating as most of the cleaners did not speak English. This made it challenging for me to find someone to assist me with cleaning my room and acquiring towels, as the language barrier prevented me from seeking help successfully.

La fenêtre ne ferme plus si on l’ouvre et aussi si vous ne rincez pas vos pieds après la plage ça se salit très vite et obligés de passer par la chambre pour rincer nos pieds

Le ménage n’était jamais fait, il fallait en fin d’après-midi trouver du personnel et demander à nettoyer sinon rien n’était fait.
Les draps n’ont pas été changés de tout le séjour ( 7 nuits) malgré toutes nos réclamations à l’accueil et auprès des femmes de ménage.
Les serviettes n’étaient changées que si on trouvait le personnel et après multiples réclamations.
Il n’y avait pas d’eau à disposition ni de mouchoirs.
Cet établissement n’est pas un 4 étoiles.
L’heure supplémentaire entamée après le chek - out est de 45 dollars. Il n’y a pas de bagagerie, facturer les heures supplémentaires est beaucoup plus rentable.

Rooms and bathroom were very small and a lot of noisy guests who kept playing jarring music till 2.00am. There was no security at the hotel to stop them from disturbing other guests.

The front staff was super awesome Gabby and Afgar were super friendly and helpful. Room was incredible and the pool as well as amenities were awesome.

The location is great. The suite was very comfortable.
There is no daily room service. After I called it took several hours to come and give me clean towels. The thermostat didn’t work. It took two maintenance people to figure that one out. No AC for the first day, after that too cold.

The location is the only great thing about this hotel. Everything else needs improvement.
The room wasn't cleaned properly. There was dust and dirt around and under the bed. The iron board was broken. Part of the mirror at the toilet area was broken. It's impossible to adjust the water temperature in the shower. There's no control over people hanging out in the hotel area. It feels unsafe.

if you are traveling solo is ok, but do not recommend this place for family vacations. The hotel is nice comfy rooms.

cute little boutique hotel just off of A1A. close to nice restaurants and Miami Beach Convention Center

Nice location, lovely pool area
Unfortunately, the only day I’ve been staying there, there was a power cut, so for a couple hours there was no electricity or hot water… not hotels fault but it spoiled the experience.
