Good location close to highways and shopping.

Everyday I ate breakfast at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the food was hot and delicious. It had a variety of food selections to appease every individual specific diet. I loved the different flavors of tea; the tea was very soothing. The dining room was very clean and serene area to dine in.
I would want to improve the next time when I stay, I would ask not to have a room on the pet friendly floor. I was unaware the pets were allowed on my floor. I had several dogs barking in the early morning which woke me up earlier than I desired. Also, I was unaware that customer must request for their bedding to be change. Moving forward I know if I stay three days a more, I will ask to have my bed sheets changed.5

staf was courteousandefficient. Room was clean, but something sticky was on bathroom floor. The carpeting on the elevator floor was very very dirty and needs to be changed.

Breakfast was very good and the location easy to find.
Our room had peanuts and ua bottle cap at the edge of the bed. There was crumpled paper under the sink. The receptionist was efficient, however not so friendly. The elevators were not clean!

My teens love the breakfast and pool. It was 15 minutes from the metrolink then another 30 minutes by train to the stadium. We couldn't hear traffic but it was easy to get to and from the interstate.
The beds weren't very comfortable but thankfully we only stayed 1 night.

Breakfast was very good . Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable. Location is very convenient for meals and visiting Old St . Charles.
Toilets are very low to the floor. No other problems.

The front desk staff was friendly as well as the breakfast server
The coffee machine in the lobby was dirty our entire stay (4 days). The creamers at the coffee station were full but were clogged and would not dispense the creamer. They needed to be cleaned. The room we stayed in was very dated and the bathtub needs to be replaced. It was also clogged.

Checking out
The pool wasn't open and wasn't told prior to stay. Was told would get a full refund since we didn't stay at the location and had to find a new hotel. But yet still waiting for full refund. I will never recommend a best western again.

Not enough trolleys. Undergoing some renovations while we were there. Elevator was flaky. I hated the tv remote!
