The price is unbeatable for that area and it was fine since we just needed a place to sleep before getting back on the road.

Although very large with a fully equipped kitchen, the room is very basic and the bed are uncomfortable. A working TV would have been nice as well.

The residence felt safe and secure and I appreciated that someone was at the front desk 24/7. Spacious private room with nice view of front courtyard. Full size fridge as well.

It was difficult to find the property on the first night, despite the Google Map directions. Towel/linens could have been of nicer quality, but what they provided was what I expected for a campus residence, so not a deal breaker for me.

you did not provided the breakfast, normally north american inns and hotels of your level provide the breakfast just for the ease of customers.

your customer service was not in line which is unusual in this type of business.

Worse ever

never lived on campus before, so this was nice to experience kinda. just wish it didn’t feel like a student dorm and more of a hotel. but for what it was worth, it was worth.

the property had a broken TV in one room and the walls felt so eerie probably from previous students hanging posters and what not. the smell wasn’t very inviting either, smelt pretty stale air. but thankfully the windows aired it out.
