Friendly staff, beautiful room with an exceptional view

Checkout was 10 am and not 11am. Traveling with a 7month old and the morning felt super rushed to leave having to be our by 10.

I loved being able to book the outdoor fireplace to make smores - free of charge.

I loved the Kitchen, but maybe a salt and pepper shaker would have been nice. The pool was lovely but abit small

For the price of $500.00 a night I would have liked an air conditioner in the bedroom. Also all the wooden doors were stiff, noisy and hard to shut. The outdoor pool was nice but quite small for the resort when it got busy. The ice machine was in the pool building. It might be nice to have a small one right in the resort.

No beach anywhere near from a view or walking perspective. Ongoing construction.

Location and rooms were great

The portable AC couldn’t keep up with the west facing rooms with 33C ambient. Going to sleep at 30C in the rooms makes for restless nights

Spacious room and good location

The AC was only in living room so bedrooms too hot. No food services in vicinity. Upstairs guests banging kept us awake all night. Other peoples intruding on our patio, not supervised. They literally came and moved our furniture. Value for money, I felt should have been way better. Lack of parking for guests.

location was good next to Parksville and near beaches, the room was reasonably clean but far from exceptional, and beds were comfortable.

Beach access at the property was awful and quite far from the facility, the room had a noisy in-room AC, the fan in the bedroom was noisy, and the cost was very high.

The beds are really comfortable and the pool is excellent! Also loved the outdoor fireplace area.

We were told we had a room with AC but that wasn't the case when we arrived. Luckily the fan was adequate this time. The room needs a small table to eat at if its too cold to sit outside.
