I liked the 4 corners location but close to Rumball Terrace. I grew up there so its fine for me but would likely put others off. Room was clean and pleasant.

Parking lot is very dirty with building materials, garbage and debris all over. Looks like they gave up on maintaining any landscaping. First impression pulling into the parking lot is a bit sketchy.

We requested main floor, no steps. Our room had 2 flights of steps. Breakfast was very poor

Location was easy to find. No bugs which I was very happy about.

The mold on the ripped curtains, the beds are very "used" as they sank in the middle. Also, the sheets are very thin, you can see through them, and ripped. Bathroom ceiling had "stains" I won't say what they looked like to me.....check pictures attached (please feel free to zoom in)

There was a bed spring sticking out of the mattress. Scratched my daughters leg. Check your beds guys!

The entrance was nice. You can feel the age of the building, but I like that. The beds were comfortable! Coffee was good.

Breakfast was all carbs. No protein (except pb for the toast). Toast, cereal, and waffles. No fruit at all. Our non smoking area had a weed smell every day.

Dirty bathroom. You can tell it wasn't cleaned in awhile, toilet had a thick layer of dust and so did around and behind the toilet, shower had a thick layer of scum I was able to wipe off with my fingers, 1 towel for a big family room, no extra toilet paper, no sheets or anything for the pull out couch we had to wait almost 2 hours late at night to get some clean sheets for my son, overlay blankets were stained, small chair in corner was all stained, desk chair was all ripped, when we opened up the pull out it was full of dirt under the couch, room definitely wasn't vacuumed in awhile, broken window that made alot of noise in the wind all night, no fitted sheets on bed just a flat sheet that did not stay on the mattress when you moved. Overall, I would not stay here again. When you have to use your cleaning wipes from your car to clean your hotel room that you paid good money for, it's not a good sign. The lobby was clean, and breakfast was ok. Overall, I would never stay here again....Also, housekeeping never came to our room to do anything during our stay. We don't care about not making beds or cleaning up since we did all that ourselves, but our garbage was overfilled and we needed more towels and toilet paper. I give up on Windham all together since this is not the first Windham hotel that has disappointed. Super 8 and Windham all together has lost our business. Nice polite staff but if I'm going to pay for a room for 2 nights it would be nice to have a clean room. Not asking for a perfect room but a clean room. We were already so overwhelmed by our very stressful weekend we just sucked it up and cleaned up ourself but like I said will never here or any windham hotel again. Not looking for a refund or anything just hopefully you can do better for your guests.

The pillows

There's nothing I liked about this hotel the stuff is rude the rooms were dirty

I didn't like how when I asked her towels they put them on the floor outside my door under the bed was disgusting and they're rude

I liked the area of the hotel since it was familiar to me. I am a former resident of Sudbury.

Only negative is that my wife has a bad knee and I wasn't always able to park close to an entrance.

The fan in the bathroom was hanging and the staff did nothing to fix it. There was lots of noise and couldn't sleep. I wanted to check out and cancel my remaining nights and they charged me a second night as a penalty. That is unacceptable. They are thieves and only care about money and not about the client. I will never go there again. Beware about preparing on booking.com. You lose money that way. I'm disgusted with them.
