Our stay at the Sunriver Resort was incredible. We were able to relax, take in the nature, go bike riding, and enjoy the scenery. The live music on the weekends and amazing restaurants were lovely as well. I highly recommend Sunriver Resort!

Breakfast was very disappointing. This was the worst aspect of our visit. I am a specialty food producer and been in that industry for many years. The food I was served for breakfast looked and tasted as if it all came from Sysco,

Sunriver is very nice looking, our room was great. We had a River Lodges king room.

our room was absolutely gorgeous. backed onto the river with a private outdoor patio. it was super quiet & serene. we loved the in-room fireplace and soaker tub.

Room was basically clean and had typical nice amenities.
Front desk employee took up a half hour of our time trying to check us in. Poorly trained. Then gave us key cards and wrote the wrong room number down, so we had to go back for another 15 minutes. Why 5 decorative pillows on top of 4 sleeping pillows? Pulling them off and putting them on the floor is ridiculous. Room was truly over-priced.

It was nice to get away. The conference was amazing and the scenery was amazing beautiful. The burgers were good...wish it was more.
I didn't like that there were not any gluten free items on the menu but one and salad. I thought for a higher Inn Resort that they would have more items to accommodate I was a little disappointed.

The room was super nice, plenty of room for the kids and ourselves.
Check in was a little bit of a pain. The room wasn't ready til way after 4pm. They said we could go swim and wait. Well that didn't work cause we had such a big party we had to wait and wait to get it there also. We had never been and wasn't sure how it all worked but we will be back. I'll just be more prepared next time

they had a holiday light show. it was beautiful. the staff at the Cove were very friendly and accommodating.
I don’t think they room was cleaned throughly. my dog picked up a vapor and a large piece of plastic. we quickly got them out of his mouth and saved him from choking. the coffee maker was dusty. I would really appreciated if the front desk was more sincere when I told her about it or the manager replied to my email message.

it was away from a city - out in the country
was shocked at the access to the lodge rooms. we travel with a wheelchair but don’t always need ADA room. regular rooms can work. all the regular rooms had 3 steps to access. no ramps in site. had to ask to be reassigned.
