It is in such a convenient location. There is so much to do with the whole family and the staff was nothing short of amazing!!
Parking was a little expensive, there is a private parking lot in the back but you have to pay through a mobile parking app that’s almost $40 a night

The Staff were amazing, so welcoming, and always happy to help. The facilities were always clean and loved that we had a kitchen in our suite so we had the option to cook meals at the hotel when we wanted.
It also wasn't too far to walk or Uber to some of the restaurants and stores in the area, I even saw they were building a new Publix (Grocery Store) only 5 min walk from the Hotel.
I didn't like that they didn't refund the $150 bond I paid on the room when I checked in.
Also, a better variety of hot breakfast choices would be a bonus, and PLEASE always have pork gravy on the menu!.

The staff is untrained and could not answer any questions. They charged bank card multiple times and couldn’t find to what room they applied the charges to

With a fantastic, close-to-everything-in-Buckhead location! With clean rooms, super comfy bed and the absolute warmest welcome from the staff, we won’t be staying any place else whenever we come through Atlanta! Truly, every single staff person made it feel like home away from home. (Even got in a good little workout in the hotel gym!)

The trash in the hallway wasn’t taken out for three days and which had a horrible smell.
the hallway had a constant smoke smell although it’s supposed to be a nonsmoking floor.

Excellent room with kitchen. Only issue is that the Front Desk will not allow early check-in (1:00 PM) unless you pay a $75 fee! I used that $$ to have dinner with my wife.

The outsdie buildings were well kept. It was quiet and secure.
The inside facilities were not very clean especially the floors. The decor was nice but the buildings had obvious signs of wear and were not kept clean. I usually choose hotels like this because of the high standards I see maintained in them. I am very particular about hotels being clean and this one wasn't kept up that well for a Homewood Suites. The room smelled overwhelming like a toilet bowl freshener. The beds were not comfortable unfortunately and I woke up every morning sore. The staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming either.
