Location is great

They didnt clean the room, nor made the beds I had a lot of trash that wasnt cleaned either.

Basic ,dated but clean Staff were helpful and friendly

It was a last minute booking ,hotel was a little old fashioned and dated Had breakfast at the hotel one morning , language barrier with the staff and food ordered was wrong

Room and location was fine for the price. Funny though we were never told that on the weekend you serve breakfast until we were coming back from driving to breakfast and saw the restaurant open. Staff was ok but not real informative.

The Sure Stay is a modest older motel in a great location for visitors to the North Shore of Vancouver. Good rooms and breakfast restaurant adjoining, and overall a great value proposition.

The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim.

noises , very creaky upper floor. heater made an annoying loud clicking sound. No continental breakfast. small beds.

A very late check in but no issue and the manager was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and just what we needed for our brief stay before heading to the snow. Great value for money, good restaurants nearby and on site.

A little noisy in the morning but that was simply because it seems very popular with lots of people staying and some leaving early so noise couldn't be helped. Would certainly recommend to others.

The woman at reception was having her dinner (which is fine) but when a customer comes clean your mouth and than you deal with customers ! our room was freezing cold the heat was turned off and the bathroom window was open. had to go out of course could not take a shower in that cold .the room should have been checked to be ready for our arrival. when i advised the front desk I was told " OH sorry "

needs a microwave in the room
