Especially like the back door, to the parking lot! Made it very easy for us old folks to unload and load!

The pool was lovely after a full day of driving, the hot tub and the slide were excellent. I was also happy that they had pool towels, so we didn't have to use the ones from our rooms. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was super friendly. Great stay, will definitely come here again of wee have to stay in Fort Nelson.
I wish they had some fresh fruit at the breakfast, but the oatmeal and yogurt were good. The TV was maybe a bit small, but the audio and the graphics were good. Beyond that, no complaints about anything.

swimming pool was decent
Lady at the front desk when we checked in was rude and seemed annoyed. found a bug in our bed was told they don’t have bugs in the winter time. wasn’t offered a refund or room upgrade. just got told she’ll move us rooms and to come get the keys.

Floors were not clean in room and in halls. Parking lot had some security issues with people consistently hanging out around peoples cars.

All the beds and blankets/ pillows were terrible. The AC was barely worked making the room quite uncomfortable to stay in.

Would have liked to have coffee available in the lobby after breakfast was don't being served
