Breakfast was good but two nights there was a lot of noise coming from a nearby room - like a family fighting! It was 11 p.m. and was not appreciate as my granddaughter and I were exhausted because of loved one in Moncton Hospital!

Be sure there is no noise at all after 10 p.m. - you have a huge hospital and we are not the only family from PEI coming here with a seiously ill relative so please be sure noise level is way down - completely gone from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Maybe have a staff member walk through the halls around 9:45 p.m.!

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Many have worked here for years. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, like family away from home

Gym equipment needs updating. No in-room service for multiple night stays

Only was on until 10. Not the best for two teenagers.

noise from the next room can be heard and also the noise from the hallway. there was NO exhaust fan on the washroom. they conducted a fire alarm test suring our stay without giving notice, they should inform us prior testing of fire alarm so that we will not be all in shocked and scared.

Location

As we stayed 8 nights we were advised that the rooms would not be cleaned and if we wanted a refresh to ask. The perks of staying in a hotel is having the rooms seen to on a daily basis without asking. If we had known we would have to ask for a room refresh we would not have stayed here, this is a perk of staying in a hotel that we like.

The location was great.

Sink in washroom was plugged entirely unable to wash face or brush teeth in a relaxed way.

we weren’t told the pool wasn’t working til we arrived. fixed the pool, but no heater - useless. tvs are old enough that they are so dark you can hardly wash I understand Covid, but no housekeeping? it’s odd when staying somewhere multiple days
