Breakfast and environment outside hotel.

There was a room when I needed it.

There was no visible sign to show it was correct place and charge for parking.

proximity to downtown,restaurants,Budweiser Center,etc.

We had the address on our GPS.We pulled up to the building saw the address was right,but no evidence of a sign,to us it looked like a apartment building. A bike hung on the railing.We called and the receptionist saw our and confirmed we were at the hotel. We realized it’s name has been changed but I think a temporary sign would be helpful. Other wise the hotel was good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The fridge in the room was a good size. The hotel was very quiet even though it was very busy. The underground parking was appreciated. The hotel was within walking distance of the Budweiser Centre and restaurants. Very convenient location!

The carpet in the room had stains on it. Not a big deal but it made us wonder about the cleanliness of other parts of the room. The mattress slightly dipped in the middle so made for a restless sleep. The hotel was busy but there was only one elevator working.

we were expecting pot and pan,plates and cuttllery but because of covid it was missing,but they tried to accommodate as much as they could

The room was a little cramped but bed was comfy! Enjoyed the breakfast!

The only major complaint we have is that the person checking us out should have told us that our credit card would show as "Holiday Inn Express" and not "Allure Hotel"! This caused us to have our credit card cancelled as we thought it had been compromised! Please ensure you let your patrons know that their credit card amount will show as "Holiday Inn Express" and hopefully this will alleviate someone else having to cancel their credit card! Needless to say it was a very upsetting experience!

very dirty and outdated, our room was dirty and gross. a massive red wet stain on the floor as soon as we walked in. wallpaper falling off the walls.

The staff were friendly. Continental breakfast was nice, clean and fresh.

Getting in after midnight was a little tricky. Finally made it in.

it’s a converted Holiday Inn. All the great features at a reduced cost.

Poor Signage

Poorly lit room We had four people and only two sets of towels. Bathtub had slow drain

Front Desk staff was accommodating and on point. After we found the room we were given wasn't cleaned, they were quick to fix the situation.
