The location was great. The breakfast was good. The building overall was clean but the bed sheet was not clean and changed when we got the room. The tv remote was not working and it was difficult to use tv.

The property is clean but the staff (two young men) was incompetent, when I had an issue with the credit card, they asked me to email their property manager instead of contacting them themselves. I was left there standing there in distress and they were citing company policy that you gotta have a valid credit card otherwise we will charge you anyways on the card you provided online. It make no sense. They refused to cancel my stay without charge. Refused to take any damage deposit. They needed a credit card. So they can charge 1$ to it. They were waiting for me to leave, that was the feeling. Because they were unhelpful to say the least. Brought me to absolute distress with their attitude. Had to call a family member to come down and help me with their credit card.

The location of this hotel is strategic, next to the convention centre (Palais de Congres), Metro station, Supermarket. old Montreal and St. Catharine shopping street. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was simple but it meets the need providing the right food. The hotel also provides free washing machine service which. In fact, a bonus. This hotel also provides 24-hour free coffee which is very useful.

The hotel should provide Electric Kettle which is essential.

Excellent location for walkability to shopping; site seeing & restaurants. Excellent breakfast; very clean throughout the hotel; very comfortable beds.

Check-in was 3min and clerks are delightful and friendly. The rooms are extremely clean. Hard floors are much easier to maintain and don’t hold smells. Awesome stand-in shower with monster sized shower head, Dyson blow dryer. Super comfy bed, big screen, a quiet fridge built into the desk, and even an iMac to use. One of the best features was the continental breakfast. Wow!! They put out fresh croissants, bagels, muffins, bread, all the spreads (cream cheese, peanut butter etc.), milk, boiled eggs, cheese, yogourt, fruit, cereal, and best of all… freshly brewed espresso on-demand! The staff were incredibly friendly and busted their butts to clean up and quickly re-supply everything. This alone was worth $25 at ANY cafe. Location is great, close by to bus/metro stations, Eaton shopping centre, restaurants and waterfront. Parking is available right behind the hotel or one block away at the Convention Centre in safe underground lot. By far, this was the best room I’ve stayed in compared to all the big chains and 5star hotels I’ve been to before. Thank you for a great experience, I will definitely be back and will strongly recommend it to anyone! ***** 5 Stars *****
