Amazing location, clean, and spacious. Parking was provided for each room.

Reception was not very friendly (we spoke both English and Quebec French).

The location was excellent and proximity to the ferries was excellent and very accessible. The scenery was excellent and very beautiful and clean.

Perhaps a guide or someone to explain the history of the development of the site and its facilities.

Value for cost. Restaurant below. People spoke French and English.

Would have like breakfast options - like bagels, eggs, etc., or a la carte items that we could bring up to the room in the mornings. There wasn't a lot in town for quick breakfast options.

Excellent location. parking next to our rental. We had a large room with the biggest bed I have ever seen! it was like a little apartment. A minutes walk to the bay. excellent.

One wall light bulb was loose from the lamp base. My husband stood up on a chair fixed it; bathroom door knob fallen off on the floor when I tried to open the bathroom door; every time people living above me walks in the room , my room ceiling makes cracking sound; the water pipes sound very loud; reception lady refused to speak English to me.

Location is good. Shower had good pressure.

Room 9 felt like we were in a basement stock room. Concrete floor and industrial lighting on roughly finished ceiling. Bathroom was good. Strange to have a crockpot in the room but no dishes, just disposable coffee cups.

The location is ok, as it’s for all hotels in Tadoussac - it’s such a tiny village.

The room is tiny, there’s no space to put one’s luggage, one can barely move around the bed. The window in our room was inexistent - tiny and overlooking a wall. there’s no wardrobe, no hangers, no place to put anything. The bathroom was full of hair on the bath or the sink. No hangers for the towels either… The bathroom is shabby. The building is not well isolated - one can hear everything! and there’s a busy terrasse and a restaurant pretty noisy till late. each time a person walks in the hall you feel like they are entering your room - so forget getting good rest. We had a room for two and stayed two nights. There’s one coffee capsule! No cleaning in spite of the clean up sign. The reception was barely polite and the only thing they were interested in was getting the payment - no services proposed or needs asked. All of this for a upper segment pricing. I don’t know if other options in Tadoussac are better, but this hotel is definitely to avoid.

Excellent location, right on the village main street, near the main attractions and facilities. Restaurant on ground floor offers excellent gourmet choices, very well prepared.

My room was at third floor and l had very heavy luggage. I am 65 Years old. No elevator, the staff was rude and nobody helped me . ☹️. The room was at the third room and the bathroom was at second , with narrow stairs . Up and down , up and down, up and down ......☹️

The location and staff were superb. The restaurant food and service were outstanding. The sheets were clean. Parking was close to the little historic House we stayed in down the street.

The room was way too small. BED CRAMMED IN A CORNER! The washroom was also too small for the cost of the lodging. A window could not be opened because it was broken and had a sign attached. COFFEE MACHINE DID NOT WORK.

We had a room upstairs that gave onto the terrasse, a nice place to sit outside when sunny. The room isn't huge but it was okay. We ate in the restaurant downstairs in the evening and that was very convenient. Next door there is a small supermarket which is very handy and the walk down to the bay of Tadoussac is just opposite the hotel and takes just 5 minutes which is good to know if you have booked a boat trip.

The breakfast was disappointing. We had to pay a supplement for breakfast and were told we couldn't eat it in the restaurant downstairs(??) Apparently on the restaurant terrace was fine but as it was raining it wasn't an option. Breakfast was given to us in a takeaway carton and was rather disappointing for the price. The second day we had breakfast at the Abri cotier café nearby which was cheaper and much nicer.
