The hotel was nice, the pool and hot tub were nice. The room was very clean

The restaurant was closed weird hours. On our second night it was closed from 12pm til the rest of the day so we had to go out to eat.

Restaurant was good

Head board had a huge tear in it. No Microwave. Bed old, lumpy, uncomfortable.

The decor of the interior, front desk staff were great, the pool and the hot tub (not crowded at all). Onsite restaurant had a good selection and food was good.

Nothing at all.

There was a lot of noise coming from the hallway.

Good location to hot springs. Central location to restaurants.

We ended up not making it for the first night due to the weather. We contacted the hotel and was told to contact booking.com to cancel. We cancelled 1 night online, but found out that Booking.com ended up canceling both nights on us. Ended up paying a bit more at the hotel...

No bible or Koran or Torah available in the room. Not sure why

the rooms were great, clean and comfortable staff were very friendly

the pool doesn’t open until 10am and checkout is 11am. would be better if the pool was open at 8 or 9 am to get that morning swim/soak in before check out. The staff did allow us to check out at noon though so we were able to get a morning swim in
