It had such a in the woods foliage, quiet, peaceful, serenity, everything we just loved about it. We enjoyed the pavilion every night as we came in to spend time together.

The rooms were clean. Parking was ok. Staff very nice, friendly and accommodating, as my husband is disabled and we requested a dog friendly room.
The breakfast was disappointing. No kitchen just a waffle station and microwaveable sandwiches with cheese sticks or yogurt. The pool was very chlorinated (?) and the hot tub was closed both nights for cleaning.

The Staff was exceptional. The room was fantastic, and the Cookies every night were over the top and a great unexpected addition. If there was one down fall see next section. We would definitely consider coming back again.
The place was fantastic. However, the pool and whirlpool being down was definitely a bummer. We love the outdoors and go hiking everywhere and coming back to relax in the pool and whirlpool was definitely on our wish list. On top of that unfortunately the weather was also rainy this weekend, obviously not expected. Time in the pool would have definitely been something to do when we could not be outdoors.

Our flight was canceled at 12:30 am. We were so grateful that this hotel accepted our reservation at this hour.

Quiet for the area.
Shower was hot and the shower head worked great.
The toilet was way too low to the floor. I'm short and it was way too low. Husband is 6'7" so for him it was extremely uncomfortable.

Clean, quiet. Bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure.
Dated. Not enough outlets/usb ports. Hall floors were uneven, adding to the old, dated feel.

Room size above average, wide, clean hallways, quiet mini-fridge and ice and vending machines.
A bit better signing from the airport would help those of us who don't rely on our phones or on board maps to get us everywhere.

The suite was lovely. Very roomy
Fireplace in room did not work, hot water for spa tub ran out half way thru the fill up, breakfast was supposed to be at 6am, they didn't get it up and running till 7 so we went out instead and ate... sofa bed was broken, we brought fruit to eat and put it in the mini fridge which froze everything, pool was supposed to be heated, it was ice cold. Hot tub area was disgusting with rusted doors and the surrounding of tub was damaged from all the chlorine. For what I paid for this, I expected alot better accommodations. NEVER AGAIN!

The room was big enough for us and so was the bed. The lighting in the room was nice. Having a tv in the room was also nice. This was an okay experience.
There was someone else hair in the drain in the big tub. The heat was hard to control, it was freezing when we got into the room and in the middle of the night it got really hot. The bed sheets had stains on them, and there was no hand soap provided.

We stayed in the King room with spa bath and it was very spacious. The room was clean enough and amenities were suitable. The spa bath was small but adequate. There was a working fireplace! The staff were very friendly and responded to our needs quickly. Breakfast was very good. They offered a variety of hot or cold items. Location was close to restaurants and a mall. Plenty to do!
The blinds were broken and there was an very bright light outside my window. We could not get the room dark enough to enjoy our sleep. For whatever reason I was getting sicker/ flu with each passing day.
