Breakfast was basic hot breakfast. It was good, but nothing fabulous. Admon was so friendly anytime we saw him or interacted with him. He is a great asset to the hotel.

The location was great.

Breakfast was disappointing. One morning, the orange juice was very slightly orange-colored water. The paper cups in the room were a sad alternative for glass. The room was very dark and gloomy. Hardly any light.

Everything was great in this accommodation. The room was big and confortable, all the staff members with who we interact were very friendly, and the location is perfect, specially if you want to move from Chicago using public transportation. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, walkable to restaurants, shops, museums etc. Spacious room, comfy bed, specklessly clean bathroom. Complimentary beverage available 24 hours.

The African lady at the front desk was rude and did not show courtesy to the guests.

Breakfast was good. Location was good.

The reception had a difficult time finding our reservations. I had to assist. Also our two rooms were on different floors. Elevators were difficult to catch a ride on.

Location was great we were within walking distance of the Chicago theater and union station. The staff were awesome, they were super friendly and helpful!

It’s getting worn

Breakfast ok, but cramped and crowded. Interesting historic building

Location --mixed area, not good after dark, my wife planned to stay on for a few days on her own, but felt unsafe, so relocated to a different hotel in a better area. Front desk staff offered no assistance, indeed were positively rude. Room was poor, only high level windows with no outlook.

Room was not available at check in, was told I would receive a call when it was ready, and hour later still hadn’t received a call so I went to check and they “put me in a different room” because my room “still wasn’t cleaned by room service”. All of this happening as I’m watching people come in after me and get keys to their room (the same type of room I had booked). It was very frustrating.
