Catching a flight out of New Orleans to New York. Have stayed several times before. Staff friendly check was very smooth. Room was clean and comfortable.

Pick up from the Airport could have been a little better. No big deal.

The pool and hot tub was dirty. We were upset. When asked to use, we were told be over hour to use. We took vacuum to clean ourselves. The patio wasn't set up at all. The room was hot. Turned out the ac was broken. At 8pm with a child we had to call again and demand a room change. The ac vent fell off wall and dirt went in the air. And then there was an odar. So with no one coming to room. We demanded a room change. VERY UPSETTING. We should have got a discounted room or an upgrade. It was that bad. After a long trip with a child this isn't acceptable.

A little farther from the airport than we anticipated and not close to any dining options (except hotel bar/restaurant)

The guest next to us was having a sex party through the night. We arrived at 3am from a delayed flight and the neighbor was yelping and crying out for hours. Last I heard of him was at 6:30am. We missed the hotel breakfast and seeing the city that morning due to the invasion into our room.

The bathtub spout leaked constantly. Someone had turned it off really tight so it was initially very difficult to turn on the water. Once we did, the water would not turn off again so it dripped all night. We had to use a towel in the tub to muffle the sound.

After checking in and going to the room, I started to unpack. I opened a drawer and I saw something moving in the dresser drawer. I immediate jumped back and then grabbed my phone. I took a picture. I said wha was that, my husband said it’s a roach. I went down to the front desk and showed the person at the desk the picture. He moved me to another room and told me to call him once I moved to the other room so he could deactivate the keys. I tried to call him and the phone did not work ( no dial tone or anything). I went back down to the front desk to give the staff person the keys. He said you could have called. I told him I tried to call but the phone in the room did not work. He said he would send someone up. The person came to get the phone but was not able to repair it. Every time we needed to communicate with anyone in the hotel, we had to go to the desk. The person who checked me in was very nice but that Roach in the drawer was to Much!!!

Clean rooms and make sure no pests ( roaches) are in the drawers or anywhere in the hotel. You’ lol need to exterminate frequently!!

Charged $302.94 which was supposed to give us free breakfast and shuttle, but now I am being charged an additional $75 for no telling what. In addition to snacks and meals-. I never use Hilton again!

we booked 2 rooms with 2 separate queen beds. we got 2 rooms with one king bed. after reaching out to the staff the next day they couldn’t do anything for us. we asked for the manager. of course he/she was not there but they left a note for the manager. he/she would definitely contact us. And as expected of we didn’t hear anything…..

The first van driver very nice but did not bring w/c assessable van but stayed with us until one was there Than put our bags on that van Showed other van driver how to use electric lift

2nd van driver did not help getting bags out or into hotel No one available to help with bags and no cart to carry bags at door and no one knew where they were
