Though it flouts all navigation and hides stealthily in plain sight, this hardworking hotel is a solid value. The breakfast was well stocked and well managed, and the room was clean and quiet. When we arrived in the early afternoon, a flock of parrots were raising a ruckus on the side of the building—muy Miami. :)
I had to ask for pillows and linens to make up the sofa bed, and the side entry door card sensor did not work on the night of our stay. Small potatoes.

Close to where we needed to be and convenient access.
Bathroom seemed a bit outdated and there were an unusual amount of grab bars everywhere.

Spacious rooms and shower
Noisy, could hear people walking and talking in the hallway. One night parking lot was full and we parked outside main entrance. Our car had white scratches.

I like the location of the property and also the breakfast was excellent and coffee area.
I didn’t like that our room smell like wet dog and we all came out of the room sick with asthma. The three of us.

I didn’t like that the room was automatically cleaned each day. You can request this, which I didn’t do. But I would have liked for the bins to be emptied and towels to be replaced without needing to make a special request.

perfect location for what we needed
the tv in the room did not work very well, a lot of channels kept going all fuzzy and wouldn’t play. we also had brought our Roku with us and the tv wouldn’t let us even use that.

The breafast was ok a bit more variety than eggs were needed. Staff were very accommodating. Excellent location for shopping.

Very clean room and the bedding was very nice. Pillows and towels were nice.
The breakfast had a lot of items but not very tasty. Only the muffins were edible.
The walls of the rooms were very thin. I could hear other peoples TVs and their dog barking as well as people talking in the hallways.

We had a slight issue with our room and the maid and handyman were very nice. Breakfast was also unexpectedly good.
I thought the room was a bit tired and could do with a refresh.

The rooms were clean and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was good as well. The location is good easy to drive around from the airport and also if you are driving further south to the Keys.
