Great location.

The reception staff were mostly useless and incompetent making adding additional nights more difficult than it needed to be. The car parking is very expensive $30 per day for guests meaning a 5 night stay adds quite a bit to the bill. The quality of the rooms are poor, light from the hallway could be seen from all around the door which may explain why I was woken in the early hours of the morning (2.30 - 4am) every one of the 5 nights I stayed here by people talking as they walked down the hall. Despite all of this, I must say that there were some of the staff who were exceptionally helpful and who I would highly recomend

Pool was great. Staff at the pool was great. The inside property was out dated.

The price of food is outrageously high. We paid less on the cruise for seafood than we did for a hotdogs. The inside hallways could use a refresh. Chipped wood frame and not enough towels.

Great location if you need to be close to the airport

No fridge, old room

The rooms were fine - clean and modern enough , bathroom was a little tired and could do with a re vamp. The shuttle to the airport was great as this was free and it came every 30mins … The breakfast was good, from omelettes , cereals, fruit and yoghurt and also pastries perfect to fill tummy up before a flight.

The morning of checkout I had to wash my hair with cold water , this was at 5:30am we phoned reception and they said they were looking into it ….. either way I still had a cold shower (fine if it was 35degrees) but it wasn’t and we had also put a dinner on our room so to be honest for the inconvenience I would of thought they would say we will take $20 or something of price of room , when you book a hotel you expect to have hot water … I think I had read this in other comments but thought that any water pipe problems would be fixed
