the fact we were declined to stay, even though our bank account shows we paid over $800 for our scheduled stay. the fact we were given the vicious cycle between the Embassy and Booking dot com trying to get my money back. Corey at the Embassy gave me a number to call, with a set of instruction to talk with Booking for the process to refund to me the money. I followed his instructions. I just get the run around from the voice which took my call. She assured me, I'd get the refund. We'll, my bank statement on a daily basis fails to show me the returned money for the two booked stays. I WILL be reporting this to the BBB and will by word of mouth spread the news to anyone and everyone about BOOKING & EMBASSY. It is very clear, they never wanted my repeat business in the future!

We really liked the layout of the suite, bedroom separated from the “living room” with sofabed (which was quite comfy) and office table, fridge and sink area. Reception staff helpful.

It was not clean. Carpet in room dirty, hallway carpets nasty! Room had a musty smell. Breakfast food was low quality, watery eggs, cheap dry bread.

Really like the happy hour and the breakfast included. So many options and staff was super friendly.

The bed sheets were a little challenging, they kept coming off at night. That is about the only bad thing I can come up with.

In addition to the exorbitant price we had an additional parking fee. The front desk person who checked us in was rude.

Hotel was beautiful

No fans or ventilation in room causing it to be way too humid. Windows did not open. Bathroom had no fan and steamed up entire suite. Bed was lopsided causing back pain. Had to purchase movies to watch in room. Paid for parking and suite had no on site parking spots available.

Breakfast was disappointing because there wasn't any sausage but the omelet bar made up for that. Rooms are always great, managers special needs to change what they offer different food, it's always the same thing.

Can we change up the managers special at night? They used to rotate between a few different types of foods

La camera era vecchia, arredi ormai passati, non in linea con un Hilton, ne’ con le foto mostrate. Pagamento del parcheggio tra l’altro incustodito. Personale in reception cordiale ma senza divisa: difficile comprendere che si trattava di personale!

Room size, breakfast, convenient

Heat could not be adjusted. Became so very hot/uncomfortable in room. Heat setting stayed at 78 degrees!!! Hard to sleep.
