Do atendimento dos funcionários. São desatentos. Não tinha copo nem papel higiêco no apartamento. Não fica funcionário(a) na recepeção, permanentemente, para atender aos hóspedes. Em duas vezes toquei a campaínha e não fui atendido. tive que adentar à pousada para encontrar alguém que pudesse me atender.

Ótima localização a poucos metros do centrinho histórico, café da manhã com vários quitutes mineiros justo e acomodação limpa.Recomendo.

A pousada bem localizada, café da manhã muito bom, camas confortáveis.

The location is great and Tiradentes is a very nice city to have a walk! The accomodations are simple but in order. The breakfast is good!

The receptionist who received me almost didn't look at my face, she was the whole time paying attention on her cellphone! The AC was a bit complicated to work with and the room doesn't have the best air circulation!

It was close to the old town (+- 6 min walking), the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and trustworthy.

The place didn't have a lot of amenities, breakfast was quite average and the room could be more well maintained: toilet flush was broken when we arrived, soap holder was loose, the A/C took too long to work. Also, parking was very difficult, since in the evening staff would park their cars at the entrance, and the place doesn't have enough parking spots for every room, so we had to park on the street.

Firs of all, I think the staffs are all really nice - that's a big plus. It was my first time in Minas Gerais and I'm glad they have pamonha for breakfast :))) as simple as it is, I've been really curious to try it! And it didn't disappoint :) Strong airconditioner, it really did kept the room cold. the room and bathroom are clean.

Parking area gets full but if you don't intend to keep going out especially a night, it shouldn't be a problem. It rained the night we stayed, so we didn't go out anymore. When I looked at our window, the parking area are full. Like really "full".
