Parking lot needs better lighting. Did not felt like it was a safe area to leave our car.

No da un poco de seguridad para nada. Mi familia se sintió insegura y nos fuimos a otro alojamiento. Pedí mi reembolso y hasta ahora no tengo respuesta

The price is ok considering you are in Miami

They charged me a $100 security deposit, but I did not receive the money back. I called them and they said they had refunded me the day I left the hotel, but after 10 business days I called the credit card company, and no refund was issued. I had to open a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back. I do not recommend this hotel unless you want to wait forever to get your security deposit back.

The shower pressure is only good thing about this place.

I reserved for two nights, when I checked in i ws sent to a room that did not have a working ac, and the room card wasn't working, then we were moved to another room, was gross, I went downstairs notified the receptionist I will not be staying two nights just the one night, she said it will not be refundable. I said ok. We ate in the room my 1 yr old was on the bed eating her fries, and i saw something black crawling to her i thought it was an ant, however it was a baby cockroach. that's when i had enough and checked out not even two hours of checking in. I was told my deposit will be refunded back with in 5 to 10 business days and I never received my deposit back yet,. Im highly upset because i didnt even stay a night or two hours in that hotel to not get any of my money back. it was the most disgusting place I ever been. will not recommend to anyone ever
