Luis, the afternoon reception clerk was very understanding and listened to our bad experience coming from the airport. Gave us some important points to consider when visiting Boston and that helped us a great deal.

During our stay, at night when we went back to the hotel, the people at the front t desk were not courteous at all. Room wise: trash was supposed to be picked up during the day as we had requested to the person at the front desk in the morning. However, when we arrived at night trash was still inside the room. On the other hand, (since we asked for a couple of towels) a bunch of towels was left inside a plastic trash bag outside our room door. We were surprised, but hey ...they were clean. Last, but not least it will help to resurface the bathtub, as it shows signs of rust in the middle.  Thank you.

The towels, the door lock, the pillows were way below standard.

The staff at check in and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and there were two mains and two USB sockets on each side. The hotel was quiet despite being near a busy junction and access transit was convenient (bus stop outside, short walk to the subway).

While the food at breakfast was good, the plastic cutlery is a let down, both for the environment and the experience.

It is fully equipped service apartment type facility (with living room, dining table, fully equipped kitchen even with diswasher, cloth closet, iron and board everything). Anything and everything is provided. Staffs are super professional and do take care their guests' need personally. To be honest, their cooperation is not normally seen in other US based hotels (i am a frequent traveller and hence can confidently say this). Location in a nice and quite community. Nearby bus station. Close to Harvard. If anyone coming to Harvard with family and before settling, this hotel is perfect as an anchor with the comfort of an home. Breakfast was enough and suffienct with a very nice restaurant ambience to give you a good kick start at morning. If i visit here again, i will 100% stay here again.

Small technical glitch. Room air conditioner had some issue and made loud noise. Being an engineer, i am sure this was just a stand alone incident and will be taken care by authority. Weather was comfortable, so i kept window open, so no issue for me after switching off A/c.
