The fact that the receptionist was laughing about the elevators being overheated and needing repairs when we asked about why they weren’t working properly

the rude staff that did not do their job and messed up my reservation which i told the lady who checked me in I would be staying for 2 nights. i left out the next morning to run errands just to come back to my room and my key did not work. i went to the front desk to ask why and the lady proceeds to say they have you listed as checking out when i specifically said the night before to the lady at the front desk (mind you i have proof of this since I was on the phone with my partner while checking in) they threw out all of the food i had in the refrigerator and took all of my belongings out of the room! and because of that I was pissed off and decided to leave and go to the hotel across the street. the manager at this hotel decided to call the hotel across the street to tell them NOT to book me a reservation

The complimentary breakfast was great - so many good options. The location was also great - it was just a couple minutes off of 95, with a large shopping center right across the street.
While the room itself was spacious, the bathroom was a little cramped. Also, THERE IS NO FREE PARKING. You have to pay $13 per day to park there, which is just ridiculous to me. Free parking at a hotel should be a given.

I read some reviews but was pleasantly surprised to find my room and the premises were great.
Parking was tight since it was right next door to the Hilton

I didn’t like anything I put in for a reservation I didn’t get it the computers were down for two days they had to put me on the Hilton because they couldn’t give me my reservation the people on the phone lied to me saying I had two beds and a pull out and also my room they were trying to give me with a king size bed with no refrigerator or microwave and the person also said I can get a roller bed and watch the Hampton didn’t offer on I didn’t have any and they were too many people that wasn’t staying at a hotel in the lobby the manager were yelling at her her workers in front of the guest I was totally disappointed thank God your sister hotel the Hilton took us….

The staff was amazing. I had an issue with my room and they were very understanding and accommodating. They were able to get me into another room.

Was working on the front of the hotel.Had to go to the back to check in ,home l ess man was in there who was call for me to answer him..No microwave or refrigerator in the rooms

close to restaurants and shopping
wasn’t aware at time of booking the property was under renovation. Also wasn’t made aware the King room that was originally booked 3wks in advance was sold out at time of check in. First room was cold. Heat didn’t work but was then changed to another room 2 doors down and heat worked sometimes.
