My suite was really big! With a big balcony. The pool was huge too & heated! Hotel was overall beautiful.

I didn’t like most of my trip they were working in the hall way to much noise. The elevator to the pool that was on my floor doesn’t work . In my room im not sure if something was wrong with my vent but it made noises every night cutting into my sleep, I kept thinking someone was entering my room. My toilet stop working the 1st night, I waited about a few hours & started back flushing, then the next day it completely went out! The maintenance man had to come fix it.

Bay front with a balcony. We walked all over. Bed was comfortable. Clean. Loved all the shops inside the hotel. We ate dinner at Primos and the lasagna was delicious. We ate at the breakfast cafe and it was also really good.

A little pricey but for Miami I guess that is normal.

The place was just right for everything my friend and I needed. We were close enough to the Ultra Music Festival event venue that we came for. We took a Lyft to go but the distance wasn't too far for us to walk back afterwards. The hotel itself was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our 2 bedroom unit was amazing. The view from the balcony was great. Surprisingly the rooms were very quiet considering the entire hotel was fully booked at the time. Close walk to the Publix for your essentials and to Checkers for your fast food.

We had to wait an extra hour and twenty minutes for our room to be ready but the staff gave us a voucher for a free meal so that was cool. In the 2 bedroom units, one of the rooms offers MUCH more space than the other. So either you flip a coin for the bigger room (which we did and I won but I graciously gave it to my female friend because I saw that she needed much more closet space than I did), or just agree to whoever takes the bigger room should make the bigger $$ contribution.

The location on the water is great, It has a very safe and walkable park one block away that fills with the color and vibe of the locals in the evening. The hotel did not have a breakfast but there are many eating and dining options within walking distance. One long block away inside the Publix Market is a Starbucks that opens at 0700. Our room was on the 6th floor, a junior suite with a partial Bayview ( A very large room).

Note that this Hotel is located in a busy part of town and during the day it can be quiet loud with the ambient street noise if the sliders are left open.

Beautiful hotel and great staff!

The area and the price- definitely not easy to get to and a little pricey. Shouldn’t have to pay a separate price to keep a car at hotel that your staying at!

Clean and convenient location

Price of room and stores and restaurant's in hotel. They charged almost twice the price as neighboring hotels.

Location , size of room , could turn ac off and open balcony door. pool is big but in the shade

Bit dated , corridors freezing and lift to pool didn’t work. Didn’t feel like a hotel more like a huge lobby with restaurants off a mall. Complex is part of the Grand apartments . Building work in boat yard so bit noisy

The location of the hotel and the size of the room were great.

Bathroom smelled like gas appliances or lighter fluid. The check-in process was cumbersome because my flight was cancelled and I could not arrive on time. I was also overcharged for valet services.

Location close to museums and metro mover which is free. Beautiful views. Staff was very attentive.

No service at the pool ie. Bar closed and no towels. The lighting in the room there was no way to turn on the light in the bathroom without disturbing the person sleeping.

Dirty, poorly maintained, worn down, extra costs for everything, not enough towels/coffee/tea etc. for the room capacity (eg. 2 cups for 5 people), no drinking bottle.

The view is amazing, just spectacular. The staff were awesome. The bed was comfy. The room was very modern in design. Two bathrooms were a major plus, and both have showers.

There was no broom for the floors that were very dusty. The utensils were old and rusted. The kitchen was not cleaned as there was old food partials in some areas. Overall the place could have been a little cleaner if someone just paid attention to details. Also understood we couldn't have guests due to being on residential side but there should be some type of leeway.

Arrived to find that we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom Condo which was perfect in our case since my husband and I were travelling with two of our adult children. The room was beautiful and spacious. The only downside is that we were only in town for one night and were unable to take advantage of the amenities that the hotel had to offer. We will certainly be back.

Outdated, beds were hard and small, batgroom was dirty and the shower did not drain due to design

The larger condo rooms had enough space to fit our family of five

It was run down and not well equipped. Also, sitting on the balcony was very loud given the hotel’s AC equipment next door and it was overwhelming even on the 31st floor.
