Liked the suite.

TV wasn't working.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the room itself was not very well cleaned and had a terrible smell upon arrival which improved slightly after I complained, but overall the room felt very shabby and in need of some updates and a thorough cleaning, I was reluctant to even sit on the couch let alone have anyone sleep on it. The back yard area was a nice feature and the location is a reasonably close to the beach which is a bonus.

Nice size one bedroom suite. Great convenience store and laundry facility.

There was no breakfast. We provided our own.

As instructed we left our used towels in the bathtub, but they were still there at night. No cleaner attended to our room, so we had to take the soiled wet towels to the front desk and ask for replacements. Our coffee pods were not replaced, so we had to ask for replacements. But the desk staff were apologetic and provided extra towels and extra coffee pods to boot. We were very happy with the woman at the front desk who did all this.

we loved that there was so much for the kids to do and the staff was awesome!

The lifeguard was fun for the kids and the mini golf landscaping was amazing

The pool.was not heated as they had problems with the pool staying full, the one pool was ice cold and the other was half full, child had fun but I wouldn't swim with it being that cold. The problem was in the morning when I woke to no water and then had water back off while in shower. The staff would not compensate us for having to wait for showers and told them we would need a late check out which put us behind on our journey. I said communication would be nice but just made excuses. Water was out and no way to wash hands, flush toilets ect , looked like the they were changing a valve and was not city workers like they said.

I am sure kids wud love it in the summer wth the pool and putting. Walkable to beach

It was more like a motel than expected potentially a busy place. Right by the road, no views

There was no breakfast involved

There was only one bedside lamp in our room and no shower curtain when we arrived. The furniture in the living room was not comfortable

we didnt have breakfast,we were there to arrange a funeral so we were busy

What we found to be very inconvient during our stay was the motel had a garage sale going on set up right in the main driveway you come in an because of the garage sale they had it blocked off,this seemed very unprofessional as guests had a hard time getting in an out,and with all the cars coming for the sale it created a bottleneck of vehicles,not a good idea

The room was clean.

I felt that even though the rooms are meant to be non smoking there is a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The mattress could be more comfortable.

Staff super friendly

Had to do the dishes. Makes me wonder how clean they are. No housekeeping. Hair under the curtains. Needs renos.
