Our flight was delayed 3 hrs. Once we landed in midway our rental car took over 2 hrs to get. Contacted Hampton inn regarding all the delays. They were very accommodating and assured me that they would make our few hours a great experience. The front desk customer service lady at 230am was very friendly and helpful. She’ had great customer service! Thank you Hampton inn for the few hours that made us feel at home!

Location clean
Breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a Hampton inn. Fresh fruit was all I could eat and it was brown bananas and soft apples. Egg product - not real eggs-potato’s fried in oil and meat product. Oatmeal was undercooked mushy water. Please bring this up to a decent Standard. And that some people are in need of a healthy food option.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We especially loved Leo who was very helpful and took us to a couple of places in the hotel van.
Everything was within walking distance and having a laundry on the premises was super helpful as well.
The coffee and hot water were often cold so I had to take my cup and heat it in the microwave in my room.

I liked everything, the service was just amazing, the facilities were wonderful and the breakfast was just the best I had in a hotel for so long.
One day the WiFi got disconnected, but the very next day it was working.

Location, the amenities, accessibilities, staff were friendly and accommodating.
Room cleaning was only done once within the 5 days of stay. I was scared that the room would smell of food. We tried our best to clean up after eating but some crumbs or grains would remain after picking up. If I was provided with a broom and a dustpan, I would feel better.

Very comfortable hotel. Staff was extremely pleasant. Shuttle to wedding venue was a great benefit.

I liked how clean it was and the customer service was amazing. The breakfast was good too.
I didn't like that this location had beds that were not comfortable. Your other locations have outstanding mattresses and this one was super firm. I also didn't like that this location did not have a jacuzzi.

I called 3 times before our arrival date asking if my husband could park his transfer truck and trailer there. If there would be enough room. 3 times I was told yes, in the back of the building. The night before we were supposed to arrive my husband called again making absolutely sure and was told no. There was not enough room. So we had to hurry and find somewhere to stay. We were really disappointed and upset that 3 times we were told there was parking for his truck and trailer then the night before we were to arrive, were told there wasn't.

The staff was very friendly and nice
as soon as I walked into our room, I knew that this was a pet friendly rooms. We were not notified that and I have allergies. I couldn’t breathe all night.

Wi-Fi connection was a pain in the you know what.
We were in room 330. Could never connect my IPad or husbands IPad to the “free” Wi-Fi. Could not connect my phone even with multiple tries. Called the front desk, the clerk told me to do just what I had tried. Went to the front desk. The clerk tried 5 or 6 different times and could not get it to connect. He finally put in the hotel’s connection and password and my phone connected. Every time I left the hotel and came back, I had to put in my last name and room number again. Why do you make it so difficult. I doubt other people have had as much trouble as me or your staff would know about the problem. Was very frustrating.

My room was very comfortable and clean. Very fast check in which I love. Good if basic breakfast. Friendly people. Easy parking.
Refrigerator was VERY noisy. I had to move a cabinet and unplug it.

The refrigerator made a knocking sound all night. I told the girl at the desk, she said she would tell the maintenance man. we didn’t sleep well. the room was dusty. I would expect better for a $400 room
