there is so much to list. So the hotel is in bad shape. we had cracks in the ceiling that looked like water marks around them. the bathroom was missing the knob for the shower and Extremely cramped. Our bedding had stains and crusty spots on them. the registers had Mouse poop and dust collection all over it. the furniture was broken and dirty. we were missing the tv remote and when we turned on the tv only got 1 channel. The AC was broken. also let’s talk about the awful smell that lingers throughout the night .

Rooms are not soundproof as stated on the room features. Not anywhere near soundproof.

The gentleman checking us in went over and above to accommodate us. The room was one of the cleanest I have ever been in. We like to stay close to our vehicle and this is important to us. We choose our motels accordingly. Many thanks to the owner and staff at this establishment.

Room Heater was not on. Nd it was cold night .. motel manager said we do nt keep heater on during summer days.. bt particulary on oct 13,it was cold. We could nt sleep properly throhghout the night and I got cough & cold on second day and spoiled whole my second day. Now onwards, we hv decided to go in person to check the motel first and then book. We will never book through online.

Staff was accommodating
The sheets had stains and a cigarette burn. the wall behind the bed had some sort of liquid splattered all over it. TV wouldn’t work.

the staff were wonderful, and although on busy thoroughfare, it was quiet.
absoluetly needs to be cleaned, toilet needs to be shimmed, it was like sitting on a rocking chair

Camrose motel far exceeding my expectations for both comfort and value for money. I also found the owner very accommodating and friendly; I was able to secure an extra night in my room on very short notice.

I asked for a plug so I could take a bath. It sounded like I would get one but I didn't.
It was a cold night and I had to dress fully to sleep because there was no blanket, only sheets.

Location was convenient. Staff was quite accommodating when we needed supplies, etc.
Upon arrival for registration, front entrance was locked and I had to look for the owners in order to get registered.
The service _ kitchen was ill supplied - no glasses/cups - very cramped quarters.
Bathroom was super small - two people could not have got in together.
I didn't get a receipt of payment. I was told that Booking.com would supply that. I am still waiting..

There was a spider in the bed, the bed was hard and there was no nightstand. Also the buttons on the fan were rubbed off.

when having a shower water leaked from wall onto floor, Had to wipe up every time. Spoke to Front Desk about it, Room had a strong odor, had to leave door open when there during day. During 2 day stay no cleaners to empty garbage or make beds.

no breakfast provided, king size bed in large room, manager brought in a new lamp as he said one stolen by previous guest. Room was well heated, fridge /freezer was very handy, manager very pleasant & helpful. Very clean .
Sofa nice to have as there were no chairs .
No table and chairs- a closet rail with no hangers, no internet or breakfast provided that we knew about. No clock in the room or alarm.

Great location, good price!
Quite a bit of yelling and banging going on downstairs in the evening during my stay.
A tiny bit lax in terms of cleaning but nothing major.
