Breakfast was okay. Only one waffle maker and other buns were limited and but adequate.

Location good. Employees nice and friendly, rooms and hotel kept very clean.

Beds uncomfortable. Rooms hot, AC too noisy to run at night. Rooms overlook pool, and pool patrons very loud until almost 11pm. Continental breakfast was awful compared to any other hotel. Strong chemical cheap perfume smell.

Location is on a main street. There is a restuarant next door (excellent food) and a Safeway shares the parking lot. The room was quiet and everything in the room worked well (heat, water (hot and cold), lighting, TV and internet). The hotel is dog friendly. Cost was average but the problems we experienced made it seem like it was overpriced.

We had urine stained bedding (bed spread). Disgusting!!! While the hotel is dog friendly, they do not have a potty area nor could they recommend any options. We had to cross the street and use a business area grassy strip in the parking lot. We requested a ground floor room for an elderly and disabled family member. We ended up on the third floor as far fro the elevator as possible. There is one elevator and no stairs (other than the emergency stairs). The hotel has a small indoor water park so it is very popular with families. Parking is difficult, The lot is small and laid out in a way that makes it difficult to get in and out and find a spot. The breakfast was not good (we ended up going to McDonalds). The only hot item was a make your own waffle option. They ran out of muffins and we had to wait. There were only two dry cereal options with milk that was not cold. Very little in the way of fruit, beverages, and no cream cheese for bagels. They seem understaffed. The front desk clerk was by herself trying to check in numerous people and answer phones at peak check-in time. She was also folding laundry in an adjoining conference room. The morning front desk clerk was also in charge of the breakfast so she was running all over the place.

The room was clean and relatively quiet on the back side of the hotel. The air conditioner worked very well. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. The one waffle grill for everyone meant a considerable wait and some jockeying for a turn. There was toast available, yogurt, muffins cut in half, cold, previously boiled eggs, and whole apples and oranges. Really would like to see the option of scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon. We were on the second floor and unfortunately the occupants on the third floor above us had no regard for anyone else in the hotel.

We were very comfortable in Super 9 and felt lucky to have chosen this hotel. Breakfast was perfect. Lots of food and variety

Bathtub was really, really slow draining.

BREAKFAST WOULD HAVE BENEFITTED FROM SOM MEAT AND HOT NOT COLD PEELED EGGS. FRUIT LIKE ORANGES AND BANANAS IN ADDITION TO APPLES WOULD BE WELCOME COFFEE WAS REALLY QUITE GOOD! LOVED THE HOT TUB AND WATER SLIDE...WE'RE OVER 70 AND THE SLIDE WAS A RIOT.

THE SHOWER CURTAIN WAS TATTERED AND SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN HUNG...THROW IT OUT!

The advertisement did not tell me, when I booked the room, that it was facing a pool with screaming children.

when we got there they could find my reservation, the got me into a different room and informed me later that the room I had booked was given to another by the pervious checking staff for the day.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was okay. Could have been better. The bread could've been fresher and we were expecting some warm options, other than waffles. Even though it is a non smoking hotel, I believe at one time it had smoking rooms as the smell was embedded in the walls and/or carpet. Luckily we were able to get a different room, coincidentally because the water wasn't working in our original room. The lighting in the rooms was very harsh and bright. Softer, cozier lighting would be better.

Close proximity to our sports venue and restaurants. Comfortable bed, quiet room in the second floor backing onto a parking lot and away from elevator.

TV was very glitchy, sink and tub drains were super slow and you stood in water showering. Coffee maker didn’t work after following instructions numerous times. Duvets should be in covers. covered with a sheet only and very discoloured at the top.
