clean room and fairly quiet

From what I later found out Booking could and should have given a discount. I'll not use your services in the future. I'll contact the hotel or motel directly.

Beautiful location

Dog next door barking, no free wifi. Catch up guy’s, I don’t want to join your club. Breakfast was a joke.

The bathroom was very clean and so was the room. The hotel is indeed pet friendly and that was a big plus for us. The staff was polite. Beds were comfortable. Love the window shades in the room. I will stay again. I love the location and the ambiance.

There was a bit of noise perhaps from garbage pickup or delivery trucks early in the morning but did not last too long.

Lack of ventilation in the bathroom

It was in a nice location.

For the pice of $200 and something a night I didn't expect to pay $13 a person for breakfast and $4.50 a day for internet usage that should have come with the pice per night

Outdated , restaurant wasn’t open

Breakfast was good , custom cooked breakfast was fresh and good tasting.

The female server was not friendly on both occasions I ate there. Not ever a smile.

Cleanliness and carport.

Elevator didn’t work for 1 of 2 days. Fire alarm randomly goes off, woke us up twice within 2 days. 20 minute drive from the beach. Beds like sleeping on a rock.

The breakfast was nice.

The restaurant and happy hour was not open every night as advertised. Depending on which staff person you talked to, there were all different excuses as to why the service was not available. Also, I am a Hilton owner and provided my Hilton Honors number upon reservation. We were not even offered a bag of the 'welcome' treats and had to ask for water. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and there was visible mold in the bathrooms. Really NOT the Hilton experience I am used to, ESPECIALLY for the price.

The location was excellent.

This hotel is not new ,so while the location is great, the rooms could do with an update, and more attention be given to cleanliness. Also, for the cost, breakfast should be provided, complementary. With that being said, I would stay again if I really need to be in those areas again.
