Front desk staff are very welcoming.. The rooms are very neat and spacious. Loved the breakfast.

Breakfast - almost only sweets products, unhealthy options, lack of vegetables.

As we have a number of times previously, four adults shared a family suite, and continued to have a positive experience due to their combination of beds, bathroom, and clean space for us to relax.

We don't mind the trott into downtown, but sometimes it would be more convenient if it was closer in.

The price was responsible, happy to have air conditioning and breakfast was good. Staff were good.

Water pressure on the shower was not very good

Noticed many truckers/construction workers who all smoke. Simply walking outside is not pleasant due to smoke. Also noticed many just sit outside their rooms and smoke.

Perhaps a smokers area that wouldn’t impact on the more sensible guests

Hot tub was not working

The rooms were tidy. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of town. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, we were able to check-in early to some of our rooms.

The rooms, for my liking were too hot which made sleeping difficult. Given that I was on a ski trip the rooms became very tight with luggage and gear.

The room had a strange smell from the previous persons cooking. The room could have used a air freshener. The bathroom towel rack was far from the edge of the bath tub and required you to get out of the tub to reach it. Has plenty of room to have it beside the tub.
