Hotel was clean on the inside. The parking lot was a mess. Didn't look as if they wanted to spend money to have the snow plowed.

Noise level all night long was terrible. Doors banging. People talking loudly in the hallways all night. My biggest dislike was Amanda at the checkout process. Very very rude. I had an issue with the billing and she was very rude saying just check your credit card statement, it's not my problem. I asked to talk to a manager, was told she's not here you'll just have to check your credit card statement. Again asked her to explain why I was charged twice for a deposit and 30.00 more than the room was booked for. She just told me not her problem and have a nice day. Definitely would not stay here again.

Shuttle bus driver was very helpful and helped us with our situation.

In the mayhem of many diverted flights, this hotel overbooked its rooms and after arriving, we found there was no room for us. Driver suggsted some options and we were able to find another hotel with rooms.

Good location outside of the city, but close enough to uber to an event in the city. Room was clean and smelled nice.

The breakfast was very good. The room was very cleN The bed was comfortable, and the hotel is very close to the Mikwaukee Airport.

I was surprised that none of the staff that I met wore masks, given the amount of people they come into contact with daily.

Great location, great staff. Antonio was so courteous and friendly, and went out of his way to be helpful to us as well as other guests. Sebastián was also helpful. Beds were amazing, rooms extremely comfortable.

Convenient location on our way from Chicago to Milwaukee. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast is great. My kids had fun making waffles. The staff was really welcoming to the kids. This is a good place for a stayover during family travel.
