Didn't do breakfast loved the coffee. the view of the lake and sunsets was spectacular, the staff was CUSTOMER FOCUSED asked if we needed anything every time we came in or out made sure we had bottled water, Cleaning staff team went above the call of duty to make sure we were pleased with their service.

A/C didn't work properly the first night after midnight. The hallways were cooler than our room and we had the thermostat set at the lowest temp. Called for Maintenance and they fixed it in a timely manner, the young maintenance man on duty on Sat 4th was very polite, upbeat, happy and professional knew exactly what we needed and told the next shift to verify that the issue was resolved since he was going off shift shortly. We didn't mention it but the windows were pretty dirty so we couldn't take any pictures, but we didn't worry about it.

Of the 4 Hamptons we stayed at on our road trip this was the best in all respects but one- there were no dark shades for the windows, at least none that I could find.

I expected the room to look a lot better for the cost. It was also rather small and cramped feeling.

The hotel was was good. My problem was I was lied too by Dewayne about my check put. when I checked in I was told my card would not be charged but just to hold the room. I was told had to pay doing check out. My card was charged anyway. This was a major property b/c, I was sharing the total payment with a friend. Now, I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back. Vanessa was excellent in trying to help and explain. She started that she would speak with Dewayne. Just be upfront with the guests. My money is valuable to me and it was planned for a reason. Other than that I would stay here again.

This location was good. Near shops and restaurants. Rooms had some new updates. The bed was comfortable.

We don't know why the toilet tissue roll in the bathroom was wet. The table in front of the kitchenette area had not been cleaned. Dust on lamp areas near the bed.

Breakfast was not good and our air conditioner did not blow cold air. We asked someone at the front desk to take a look at it, but when we get back to our room, it was still in the same condition.
