smell of the room, bathroom drain was congested!

The property was in a central location. The beds were comfortable. The property was clean in the room.

There was no reception. Being an international guest, we needed to ask a stranger to use their phone to call the number taped to the front door. Furniture was old and dated. Common areas old. Steep stairs to hotel room which is not good for international guests lugging 23kg bags.

Great location with lovely views from the balcony. Room was spacious and comfortable if a little dated.

Strange check in procedure having to call staff to inform of arrival to be greeted/given room key but they were very friendly. Downstairs restaurant not open.

The bed was comfy enough and room was ok aside from the weird smell throughout hotel.

Very poor customer service, ran into a problem and tried to contact customer service to sort it out and weeks later I haven't had one response.

The room was dirty

Location is awesome. Its on the main strip and the room had great Lake view plus with a small deck to sit out and watch whatever was happening on the lake or on the street below. Free parking

Check in have to call phone number posted on door. There is no visible staff and no real check in area. The dresser and side tables were dusty could do better job cleaning.

Across the street from the lovely beach. This hotel is dated but is very comfortable, good location, clean. I would use again.

Dirty room and fridge, electricity cut off 5x I checked out at 9pm on the same day I checked in (I reserved for 2 days)

Everything else, horrible service, not clean, very run down place, poor facilities,. Our electricity was cut off one evening, not sure on purpose or not, but we had to change the hotel! it was that impossible to stay there. Stuff was totally unsupportive and not helpful at all. we have never stayed in such an unwelcoming place before. very disappointing this property is on Booking. com. Now waiting for the refund, hope to get it soon.

The location is good, the staff are nice.

Most facilities are old and lack of maintain so that made troubles to us. Such as the air-condition and lights automatically turn off, sinks a little bit clogging. Coffee machine are not clean.
