The bed

The property was clean, well situated and the staff was professional.

The pillows were the worst (too squishy and with no support) and the breakfast ends early (9am) so if you want to sleep in a little bit, it’s impossible.

perfectly situated on route to North (Seneterre). clean facilities lots of parking space and value/cost was appropriate.

The front entrance seems to need a bit of work. your receptionist was excellent and made the whole lack of door working a big laugh for all so it was okay. We did not have kids with us but if we had, after a very very long drive (I’m from Ontario near Oshawa), the last thing I would think is funny is having my kids stand outside in the colder weather temps while the hotel fixes their front entrance door. Not an issue for me, but likely for others!

Wonderful Family hôtel with great breakfast and a nice pool.

I was bummed to have forgotten a library book at the hôtel. When I asked if they could ship to me (and I would pay them), they said I have to call UPS and do it myself, which would cost 120$ instead of them sending it for 15 dollars.

room appeared clean but smelt of mould and musty - i have asthma and within an hour of being in the room was nauseous and had an asthma attack in the middle of the night

The breakfast itself was ok, but the "dining room" is fairly small and with breakfast only served from 7-9, that's a lot of people to get into that small room. Not sure how they could remedy that.

The on demand TV and movies were not working. The lamp fixture had a broken knob. The room got very hot when the air conditioning wasn't on, it was only 10C out. There were a few hairs in the bathroom, so I'm not sure how well it was cleaned from the last rental... I didn't tell my wife this, she would have freaked out. They did have parking for our vehicle and trailer as we came to use the trails with our side x side. From the ads, I thought the rooms were going to have hardwood floors, but ours had carpet,,, not a big deal I guess.

The breakfast was good and a lot of choices

breakfast was good for the value, however you can not sleep in as they close at 9am, after that you can only get coffee and muffins
