Never had Breakfast

The breakfast was down a steep flight of stairs making it inaccessible for me. The carpets were filthy and the cleaning was not as good as it should have been. It took 15 minutes for someone to come and check me in. In the meantime I had to use the bathroom of a very nice lady who let me into her room. The staff was friendly, worked hard and were not able to meet the needs of the place as they were short handed and all young men that I could see doing the cleaning. They did their best and I had clean towels when needed.

Big stain on the carpet and I was afraid to walk barefoot on it. Need replacing or a deep and thorough cleaning. Bedspreads were old, torn, shower curtain stained or dirty, couldn't tell which.

Room was cold, no chain lock on door, old door lock, bathroom very dark ( one dim light bulb ), room smelled. Took over an hour for room to warm up. Hotel staff did not shovel snow. Was almost the knee height and had to walk through drift to get to vehicle. Even though pre-paid room took 20 mins to get key. Bed was very uncomfortable
