Nasty Room....Nasty Stained Out Dated Beds...

Had my car keys stolen (at another location) and would have been nice if a shuttle service to-from the hospital, or within a 5 mile radius, was offered.

Wonderful staff! Destiny could not have been any more professional or helpful. She ran it as if she owned it. Patsy was an excellent ambassador. Our group came in from a wedding party and as typical revealers, were a bit rowdy (not wild or out of line). Despite the late hour, Patsy was very diplomatic at protecting the integrity of her other guests’ stay while ensuring we were in safe and still enjoying our last time together. And both of these ladies on separate shifts seemed to be running the property alone - all the while having everything perfectly in hand. Various members of our group noted this throughout the weekend. Thank you Destiny and Patsy!

Hampton Inn is the go-to for most of us. Despite another property being closer to The Square we opted to stay here out of brand loyalty. No one had a bad experience to my knowledge, but all were disappointed in this property. Dated in general, stale rooms, very small breakfast area which didn't serve as the nice gathering space that each of us expected.
