good location, staff was friendly and helpful

everything needs a good deep clean, doors were sticky, carpets were old and dirty. would be way better to have solid floors. no staff at front desk in the morning, other guests waiting to check out and we waited a considerable time. i had to call the front desk a few times while waiting to get someone to answer to tell them people were waiting

Requested rooms be close together, as I was travelling with my elderly father. I was on a different floor. When I mentioned it to the receptionist , she shrugged me off and told me they were full. Despite the fact that I booked this trip at least a month in advn

There was no breakfast and we ate once in the adjacent restaurant and it was not good so we didn’t go back.

We had to ask for clean towels and our room was never cleaned in the 6 days there. We took out our own garbage, We were so cold the first night and asked for more blankets and were told they would give us one but they didn’t so we had to ask again. The bedding was dingy and worn out.

We were told that the Burger we ordered was gluten free and then the next day we wanted to order it again and they told us they don't have gf burgersburgers, I.e. buns were not gluten free. Therefore, the burgers we ate the day before was NOT gluten free!! I am highly gluten intolerant and if I were celiac this could have been very serious and it could have ended in a hospital stay. We had no face or bath towels in our room, no shampoo only Conditioner in our room and I had to get dressed to go down to get these things myself. We had to get our card rekeyed each day (totally inconvenient) when we would only find this out once we got up to our room, juggling our dog and bags after being out. The elevator stunk really badly from poor hygiene from an employee.

No breakfast available at the hotel. Given a limited breakfast chit for next door restaurant. Didn't use it.

The price was way higher for these dates then when I first looked online for a hotel. Prices when I first looked were around $159/night and we ended up paying $273/night because it was a long weekend. Yikes, significantly more than we hoped to be paying but no real choice

Dog friendly, nice patch of grass to walk your dog right beside the Hotel. Overall great stay!

I was very impressed with the manager she had so many complaints from guests everyday and handled all situations with a smile same as the afternoon girl at the desk SHORT STAFFED A REAL ISSUE

Rickeys food is not the greatest A continental breakfast for early risers would be a bonus muffins/ coffee

The house cleaner who was cleaning the room we were supposed to move into passed out not once but twice on the bed. Had to get front desk to come up and see what was up. Uncomfortable and awkward.
