one of the windows needs to be sealed, it makes so much noise that it is impossible to sleep

comfortable clean rooms. excellent breakfast buffet.

the only negative was the morning I was checking out the cleaning staff member knocked on my door shortly after 10 am to ask if I was checking out. I told her through the door that I was checking out that morning. check out was at noon. at 10:45 she was knocking on my door again to ask when I was checking out because she had to clean the room. I felt like I was being pressured to leave for her convenience! it was extremely annoying! I did lodge a complaint with the front desk as I was checking out.

The host at the restaurant made me feel like I was a problem for not having a reservation. It was Valentines and I understand they were busy but I was alone and every seat at the bar was empty. He had an attitude of "since you're a guest, I guess you can sit at the bar" I felt like I should go to my room and order delivery. The bartender was very friendly though

The complementary breakfast was beyond expectation. Convenient location!

The bathtub plug didn’t work. Water pressure for the shower was way too weak. Bed sheet had stains but otherwise very clean.

Nice spacious room, underfloor heating in bathroom, huge comfortable bed. Food was good - complimentary breakfast was extensive and tasty.

Front desk and the restaurant don't answer their phones. Had to go down to the restaurant to order room service. Bedroom heating only did off or on. Not thermostat controlled.

our room was clean , housekeeping staff did a great job when we needed anything. the restaurant provided a fantastic breakfast included in our stay and we enjoyed tasty meals in the evening

Airport shuttle hours need to be longer .I had to get taxi to and from airport.

The breakfast was not up to standards set by some other Ramadas we have stayed at and is the only reason the receive any negative evaluations from us.
