Very good but I would like to have seen it vary day to day.
The 2 main things were the bed was far too soft, and the bathroom design is poor. The toilet and the door were so close that we often got hit by the door..

Staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. They even put out tiny ducks around the lobby for the children to find.
Wasn’t sure on the location but we were only there for one night passing through so didn’t really explore what was around there.

Beautiful view and comfortable room. Very clean.
Breakfast bar was fair. Not many choices. No whirlpool and pool was not well heated.

The breakfast was not very good. Perhaps more than one option for eggs would be nice.

Breakfast was good, except the choice for juice.
A/C was not working, until I called main desk. The carpet in the hallways, room, elevator is old and looks dirty. The cups in the bathroom were all not covered/protected by plastic bags, they were exposed.

The rooms where clean and spacious and extremely comfortable
The only issue was that the pool wasn’t in service during the stay but other then that the stay was great

The breakfast was OK and the rooms were clean
The pool the workout room and the restaurant they claimed that was open was closed when we got there for the entirety of our stay and we were very disappointed.

The staff was AMAZING! The breakfast was hot and well-stocked and they kept the dining area clean during service which was nice for busier days.
The location was a little rough and the pool was out of service for half of our stay. But these things were still overshadowed by the service.

Location was perfect for our purposes. Breakfast was included and was well stocked and delicious. We were notified of the pool closure before we arrived so we weren’t surprised when we arrived. Staff was polite and kind. Internet was fast.
Pool and fitness centre were closed for renovations at the time of our visit.

Breakfast was typical continental, but was just fine. Lots of options, good coffee, nice dining room. Rooms were very clean, and staff was very friendly.
The hotel and the rooms were very clean. Staff, especially cleaning staff, were very friendly. There were a number of "out of order" signs in use -- front door, ice machines, exercise equipment, hot tub, etc. Too bad those weren't being maintained as well as the rest of the hotel.

I loved the location and the pool area is great!
Very outdated. We had a family suite and with a bigger room you'd expect a bigger TV. You can't see it from the beds and it's very fuzzy. Very outdated. This is also the second time in the family suite and it smells of cat pee. Not sure if pets used to be allowed but the carpet definitely needs to be replaced to get rid of this smell.
