Location was great on the beach. Breakfast was good and staff was attentive.
Homeless people roaming the hallway. Staff attempted to charge me for parking each day because they said I went through Booking.com. Phones did not work to call the front desk. On site restaurant brought us out a burnt pizza for dinner.

The balcony had good chairs and a table.
The staff communicated poorly regarding the availability of the reserved rooms. I was told my credit card declined. I booked via booking.com and I called them and they said the issue was with the hotel. Both parties kept pointing the finger at the other, all the while I’m being told the day I’m scheduled to check in that I only have one room. Yet my credit card reflects two have been paid. While talking with staff on the phone, staff hung up on me twice because one stated she didn’t like the way I was talking to her and the manager indicated I was rude because I was talking loudly. Once there, I requested an extra roll of toilet paper from the cleaning staff and was denied (she basically said “no I cannot have an extra roll).

Great location! Right by the boardwalk & easy beach access.
Weird that there seems to be no cold water in the shower & sink. Frustrating considering how hot it gets outside in summer. The bed is not the most comfortable. Linen is average quality.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Ocean Front gebucht leider war in der Nähe eine Eis Maschine auf dem Flur (man könnte einfach eine Tür davor anbringen) die extrem laut war. Außerdem ging die Balkontür fast nicht auf müsste dringend erneuert werden. Und die Fenster waren extrem schmutzig.

The room was clean and comfortable. It also provided a great view of the ocean. Breakfast was always good with a nice selection of food. There is a nice restaurant on the first floor for those who do not wish to leave the hotel.
The elevator had this industrial smell like being in a factory. The lobby also had an odor that reminded me of being at a train station somewhere in Europe. They only change the bed sheets every other day and bathroom towels were never changed during our 4 night stay. I was also disappointed that I was charged 20 dollars a night to park my car in their lot.

The location was great, and the room was clean but needed dusting the staff was pleasant. Breakfast seems reused the next day. The eggs had cheese and peppers in them and were not another option for people who did not want those things.
The restaurant was used for the complimentary breakfast and the actual restaurant. The person cleaning the table cleaned with the same cloth and wiped the tables with a Figure 8 wipe not covering the complete table. The food was cold at breakfast and the restaurant often had one staff member present delaying the wait for food. I received an email from the hotel stating that the parking was complimentary but it was not honored.

Complementary breakfast options are very poor. Overpriced rooms! $1000 for two nights. Room had just one chair. Refrigerator tiny and doesn’t cool. Toilet gets clogged up easily. Not noose proof-Some guests partied until 4 in the morning!! Indoor pool doesn’t have enough ventilations.

We will be booking this hotel going forward when we visit Virginia Beach. It is in the perfect location that is walking distance to restaurants and shops, rooms look exactly like the photos, live band, beautiful ocean views, and the beds were comfortable! Ice machine in each flower and a microwave in the room. The staff were friendly and made we sure we were good throughout our stay. Thanks to Audrey at the front desk!
I would just say the one elevator but it was not a big deal. It only took a few minutes waiting then it moves fast.

Bed smelled like BO🤨, only 2 towels( no waters, no pen or paper to write on. Only 1 working elevator used by all guest and hotel maids, staff….took Forever. Asked for hotel management to call me back 5 times, never received 1 phone call. Needed to change my reservation dates due to family emergency ( had proof / documents) was my 40 th wedding anniversary. Booking .com sent 5 emails noting was up to the property management to change dates, no refund.
Girl at front desk took my message the day of check In. Assured us management would call by noon either way. Didn’t want to lose
Our $$ so my husband & I were not able to travel together. Only myself and cried the whole weekend. Worst 40 th anniversary and we’ll never forget. 😞

Location is fabulous. Plenty of parking. Very pet friendly, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, as we have a 60 pound husky mix. And Yolanda, who worked the breakfast room, was the sweetest, so friendly and attentive, we loved her!
Room was somewhat small, and the patio door to the balcony was very hard to open and close. There was only one working elevator, which made for long wait times over the weekend. Housekeeping did not replenish coffee supply in room.
