It seems that when I pay through Booking.com I am unable to check out early and get a refund of the remaining days that have been prepaid.

Breakfast: Most of the garbage (plates & cutlery, etc) could be avoided. A hotel in that size should be able to offer a real breakfast. Plates and cutlery could be washed and reused. Waffles could be freshly made.

Room was changed without asking after discovering the room was smoked in. Great staff.

Great place to stay...really good location. Pool facilities were awesome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included.

Little confusion as to which room we were given when we first arrived though... they made up for it by upgrading our room package. Though kinda wish pool/ gym opened before 10am for people liking to get an early workout/swim before traveling...would have been more convenient and less rushed.

I have stayed here twice in early 2023. Visiting my son who lives up the street. Perfectly fine and clean and secure inside. Super close to my son up the street. Plenty of amenities for food and resources if you need them. super close to the hwy for drivers convenience. now they serve breakfast, tho it was quite light (no meat). Pool has a cool tunnel slide/pool for kids. its a fairly cool temp if youre a wuss like me but there's a hot tub (and a gym of some sort)

The second time i stayed here rhe hot tub looked like it was dusted with skin bits and we got out after getting in and i let front desk know. the first stay it was great! it was clean and i sat in there for a long while enjoyabley. the street outside is busy, some 'undesirable' character closer to the highway. but never an issue on or in hotel space. totally isolated. safe clean and secure hotel. I lived there in that area in Abbotsford for years. theres also a 'fancy' cactus club across the street.... plenty of people. some reviews were pretty harsh on this. i lived in abbotsford and i think theyre exaggerating. my kid lives up the street. I booked with debit. i could PAY on check out with debit, but on arrival they still required a credit card, so FYI! PS Im a housekeeper in a hotel, and i stayed here with my 9yr old... so my standards and my review are to such :)

Clean, nice reno, lots of room. Free breakfast

Walls are thin. Guys in next room kept me up half the night.

Quiet room as we had a difficult flight home and an additional 3 hour drive to Princeton.

The male front clerk interrogation. We have stayed here many times. Not sure if will again. Also heater noisy.

Easy to find. Food near by. Clean. Standard Super 8 room beds tv fridge hair dryer.

Clientele. 2 women fighting and screaming in the parking lot at 1am. Guy screaming at his wife at 3am in their room beside ours for 30+ minutes. Baby crying in the morning. Pillows not very comfortable.

Philadelphia cheese was missing Maybe sausages too

Somebody forgot to clean the freezer in room 3007 There was more ice and snow in it than room for food I told the girls before leaving that I unplugged the fridge to let ice and snow in the freezer melt

Room was fine.

Breakfast selections poor.

The pool didn't open till 10.kind of annoying and breakfast was just yogurt and toast
