Disabled sister cut foot on metal tubing right outside hot tub (VERY dangerous) needs to be covered or cut out
Used key cards once, went to pool and came back and it didn’t work
Parking was something like $12-$22 (can’t remember exact price) I thought it was pretty ridiculous and $184 for a room for ONE night already seemed pretty expensive, and ended up having to pay $200

Truly a wonderful hotel experience! The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city near all the best attractions. The property itself looked brand new after recent renovations, with a good-looking lobby; room was incredibly spacious with a fabulous view. It had all the amenities you could want like a plush king bed, large TV, minibar, water, microwave oven etc.
The staff were all so friendly and accommodating too. And having convenient parking onsite made things stress-free after a long drive.
Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area! I had such a pleasant, comfortable stay.
Wifi could be better (bad signal from the room), but in general I think this can be solved with the premium Wifi package

Everything about the hotel was great! Our daughter lost her tooth while we were staying there, we left the note she wrote to the tooth fairy on the sink the morning after. Upon our return that evening we noticed that there was a $1 left with the note. Assuming this was done by staff, it was absolutely a generous gesture and so thoughtful, our daughter thought the tooth fairy came back one more time for her!

Large rooms with additional space. The most helpful staff at the reception desk I ever met during all my journeys across the world (when the airline lost my baggage they helped me so much with the basic cosmetics and tips for the closest shops and malls)

The renovation is really coming along! We stayed in a newly renovated room which was terrific. (We stayed here a year ago and the difference was striking). Good location, a bit farther from some of the places we wanted to go to, but not too bad.

Room itself was great. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Close to airport. Front desk staff was good.
Restaurant and Bar needs an overhaul. Bartender was lazy and clearly unsure how to do her job. We were only people seated in bar and had waited over 10 minutes before we decided to move to restaurant area. Server in restaurant was nice but very slow to bring out food (could see it was “up” for awhile and had to ask). Also, soup was awful and draft beer was warm. Lastly, appetizer never arrived, but showed up on the bill. Not acceptable especially since they weren’t busy (3 tables).
Parking should be included since the rate is pretty high.

While it is clear that some renovations were being made to the property, Doubletree's accommodations, comfort, and design CONSISTENTLY exceed expectations. My room was beautiful, clean, modern, sleek, and comfortable. Thank you!
There was only one elevator, which made getting down to the first floor a bit lengthy. But it's cool; the property and the room are beautiful.

Great location downtown. Not too far from city tram (2 blocks), or walk to Temple Square. Staff very friendly/helpful. Great breakfast, omelet prepared by chef. We got in late (12 pm) due to flight delays. Late checkin/checkout no problem. Called a was assure desk staff would be there late.

It was perfect for what my brother and I needed. There were 2 rooms with a door between.
The pull out bed in the couch was not very comfortable. The mattress was too thin and not good quality.

good location and room size was good
the construction was awful! woke up every day to loud noises and drilling right below our room even on the weekends! it was horrible.
the room was clean but needed to be vacuumed which I specifically requested. they came to clean the room and didn’t vacuum again! gross! also housekeeping came in 2x without us asking for services and the last time it was 8am on the day we were checking out. woke us up when it shld have been noted we were checking out. very disappointing stay.

Breakfast was awesome! A man named, Adam, helped us and was super friendly and engaging.
Loved our room/suite with the ability to close the door to where the main beds were so our youngest could go to sleep without the rest of us bothering him.

The hotel was nice and very spacious. The room was large, bed was comfortable, televisions were quality.
$18 fee for parking seems steep. Lighting could use some upgrading, it was fairly dim in the room. Bar closed early even though it said open until midnight. Need more regular coffee stocked in the room.

We LOVED this hotel. It was a great price, walking distance to all the bars downtown. A parking terrance accessed by your key card. The room were so nice and clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, we were greeted with warm cookies. The security guard that worked there was very hospitable and always willing to help. We only stayed one night, but I will definitely be going back!
