It was disappointing to not have breakfast included aside from a to go box. We stayed there before twice and loved the hot breakfast.

Free convenient parking and side doors worked to the parking lot.

It was dirty. The free breakfast was awful, you didn't get to pick anything. There was dirt and hair floating in the pool, which was not heated. Elevator button was broken and ended up getting stuck on the 2nd floor. The bathroom tiles were broken and broken grout was all over floor. There are no benches outside and people were sitting on the ground outside, huge wasp nest outside in smoking section.

The pool was dirty, had a film on the top, hair everywhere, and smelled so strong it burned my nose. The breakfast was in a box, you got a pastry, a fruit bar, a fruit cup, and an orange juice. The pond outside was disgusting, it had trash in it and it was green. The door to the room was so hard to get into that you had to almost kick it open and slam it shut. Trying to get out of the hotel parking lot was ridiculous, it was straight to 50 miles an hour. The picture shows a Hampton Inn and it is not!

The staff and location were the best part of our stay here! The road wasn't hard to get out on and it wasn't on the noisy side of town. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and never bothered us.

They could have cleaned a little better, but overall it was pretty clean. The breakfast wasn't the best either because it was grab and go boxes with an orange juice, fruit cup, cereal bar and breakfast pastry. Not very filling.

hotel was super dirty, reminded me of a motel. Upon arrival right away discovered bedbugs that staff try to tell me were lady bugs... like be serious? There is a leak in the lobby right in front of the elevator with a bucket catching the water. The pool is dirty and filthy with slime and grime(DO NOT GO IN THAT POOL) and instead of cleaning it properly they drench it with chlorine that you can smell throughout the lobby. My sister also had bugs on her bed and upon leaving the room and returning mouse droppings were on the pillowcases(please see pictures). They switch my room (stupidly to the room next to the original room with bedbugs) which made no sense whatsoever and not normal protocol that a hotel follows when a guess complains about bedbugs. So of course the next day me and my children woke up to painful bites as bedbugs were in this room as well(not surprised it was right next door to the other room) and now bedbugs feared to have traveled back home with us. Then they denied that the pictures I sent them of the bugs came from their hotel despite showing videos of their full room. The manager took days to respond to my complaints and didn't take any accountability or show any remorse. He didn't have the room inspected until about 7 days after making the initial complaint. What's more crazy is that after making the complaint to the first room instead of calling pest control right away they had workers come and clean up the evidence then proceeded to show me some bogus pest control report done about 7 days later. Distasteful, disgusting place and horrible management. The only nice thing I can say is that Some of the staff was friendly. Also this use to be called the Hampton inn and I guess now converted over to McKnight hotel. The first red flag was the how they covered the Hampton Inn sign with some sort of pool tarp? yuck! See some of the pictures for yourself. Placed drinks in fridge and bugs were in the fridge as well.

Air conditioning system was loud room smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast was grab and go.

the lady that checked me in was nice. the room was decent and looked like it was attempted to be cleaned

the breakfast is not as advertised, it is “grab an go” prepackaged juice and random assorted danish. not the best when you specifically choose a location for a breakfast included. other visitors were loud and obnoxious making it hard to sleep. one left an obscene object on the door across the hall from us.

The breakfast wasn’t as promised on the website… it was advertised as a hot breakfast but it was just a box with prepackaged cereal bars and orange juice. The woman at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. She wasn’t rude, but I wouldn’t put her at the front of my business.
