Quiet location spacious bedroom and soft bed

my room wasn’t clean, hair in the shower, garbage in the bins. and I requested a crib both before I arrived and when I arrived and I did not get one.

I liked that I was contacted that the hotel flooded but the quality inn we were switched too was not an ideal location and we had a horrible sleep thinking of bed bugs as stated on reviews. We did not have any bedbugs but won't stay there ever again. Front desk fella was very nice.

Everything was amazing but thr staff, they were exceptional. Housekeeping in particular were so wonderful and friendly. Also, there was a young Indian woman working at reception- she is phenomenal! Great with the kids, knowledgeable, kind and fun- a real pleasure and an asset to Four Points.

Another local hotel is having construction works (but had lower prices) and that when we chose Four Pounts.When we cheched in at Four Points, our floor was under construction. We had to implore the manager to give us a better rate. The pool needs help! There was mold in the bathroom shower too.

Breakfast was a buffet for which there was a $17/person fee

We stayed here because it was the hotel the wedding guests we’re recommended to stay at as there was a shuttle. The shuttle to the wedding was full and the price ended up being > $50 more than we anticipated. We waited over 45 minutes for our room to be ready which was supposed to be ready at 3:30pm at the latest. When we finally went to our room there was a lady not in uniform using our bathroom claiming the toilet was plugged because she threw too much paper in it. We waited an additional 25 minutes outside of the room.

Our room was ready an hour after check-in, which was less than ideal, as we had to prepare for a wedding to attend. As a result, we ended up accepting a different room than originally booked (two queen beds instead of a single king). They offered us nothing for the inconvenience, and we carried on. Upon arriving in our room, we immediately noticed the smell, an entity really, a putrid, horrible smell, like body odour to the power of 100. We (wrongly) assumed it was coming from the bathroom, closed that door and proceeded to get ready for the wedding. When we returned from the wedding, it was clear the stench was here to stay. We spoke with the staff, hoping for another room, but no luck (they were allegedly fully booked). They offered us a $50 credit (which we have yet to receive), and we tried our best to sleep. When we left in the morning, the stench remained. Definitely one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.

Breakfast was great and service for breakfast was excellent with very friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

All information stated that check in was for 3pm however when I arrived just after that, rooms were not yet available for many guests. I understand the hotel was fully booked and very busy however, if that is the case there should have been or should be a disclaimer on all info stating there may be significant delays to check in times!

Close to airport and family

That I couldn't get the motel to answer their phone as I called many times to see if we could leave our car their and be shuttled to the Kitchener Waterloo Airport.
