The cleaning staff did a great job and were very friendly and kind. The night staff were very pleasant and even went out of their way to get us extra cutlery and mugs. All the other staff we met were also wonderful and helpful. Parking was good and we felt safe. The location was close to everything we needed. Nice to have a microwave and a decent sized mini fridge. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. We also love the Gramma's house decor. Overall our stay was very nice and we'll stay here again 🙂

The house keeper did an amazing job ., went above to make sure there was really coffee .

Asked for 2 queen beds. What I actually got was 1 double bed with a hide a bed sofa(definitely not queen)

The place is clean and in a great location the staff was very nice and the price wasn't to bad would defiantly stay here again

That there was no smoking rooms

The only complaint I have is about the coffee in my room. It was completely inadequate. The little pod machine was clean and well presented, but it's too small. The cups were also too small. Another thing I would have liked to see is a selection of teas, but there were none. Some hotels have suggestions about how to get a meal in the town, but there was no card offering this advice. The front desk clerk was very helpful in this regard and told me it's best to just google for this information. I guess that this is possibly due to covid.
