The room looked nice. The person who checked me in was so nice, professional and friendly.. signed me up for the rewards program and gave me a run through of hotel facilities, breakfast and pool times, etc.. Shower was nice and hot. Kitchenette area was clean. Heating and cooling system worked perfectly. No parking issues.

For the price of the room, I expected more... the bed was cheap, and the mattress was crunchy. The platform bed frame was gaudy and a safety hazard as the corners hit your shins. Not comfortable at all..The TV was in an awkward position. There was long red curly hair on the bathroom counter and stuck to the tissue dispenser. It was hard to get the free breakfast as one family or group completely took over and made a mess of the entire breakfast station. The food probably was decent, but everything was empty each time I went to go eat. The same group of people literally took over the dining room and didn't care that other people were trying to get breakfast, too.

Facilities such as pool and hot tub are not suitable. Water is always cold in the pool, and the hot tub is always closed for maintenance. Some staff are pretty rude.

Hot tub is always closed as usual for maintenance. This is my 3rd stay and I have never seen it working. Pool water is very cold not suitable for swimming at all.

We were greeted and checked in in a timely manner, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel room was clean.

We requested a play pen at the time of booking (over a month in advance). Once we arrived, we were told there were not any pen pens available. They did eventually find us one, however. We had also requested at “shuttle” for 6:30am to get our family to the airport for a flight. There was, in fact, not a shuttle but a taxi company who happened to be very busy that morning. It arrived 35 minutes later to get us to the airport, which added a lot of stress to an already stressful morning traveling with children.
