Comfortable room and good bathroom

Breakfast was served in the basement which was dingy and it was pot luck what was available - day 1 no yoghurt but day 2 there was yoghurt

On-site parking wasn't always possible. Free parking opposite the hotel. Breakfast was very busy. Felt really sorry for the man who was trying to ensure supplies didn't run out. Traffic was noisy as our room was at the front of the hotel.

The room was small but clean.

The area was surrounded by homeless that hit you up every time you walked out the door The parking lot was not large enough for the hotel and was backed to a bar felt very unsafe to leave your vehicle there. I went to get ice and I was told that they were out for the day but I could go to the convenience store two blocks down and get some more

When pulling up to the hotel it looks sketchy but it’s deceiving. it is absolutely beautiful inside, the rooms are clean and breakfast was yummy.

The room was a good size, good beds, however with very thin walls. The breakfast was good. Very friendly staff.

Very thin walls, we heard a person next room coughing all night and the following morning. We felt bad thinking that it was a very sick person there, but the cough was very disturbing. We were told to park in the back parking lot where there was absolutely no spot for our car. Upon calling the front desk, they directed us to a public garage nearby. We've got a prepaid ticket for it, so no extra cost for us, just the inconvenience to try to squeeze our car in and out the hotel's parking lot, very icy at that time too. I would have liked to be told upfront that we will have to park somewhere else.

Great price, location near the 401, a couple of restaurants nearby, and a bar next door. It was also nicely renovated a while back and still looks modern and is clean, espcially the upper levels. Nice bathroom, good security on the door, polite staff. Have stayed before and will again.

Rundown area for those who care about neighbourhood. We found the front staff are very attentive to who comes and goes. The clean beds seemed new but were a bit stiff for me compared with other hotels, and pillows were poor, I'll bring one of my own next time. If perfectly maintained corridors with no wear and tear are important to you, skip the ground floor.

I didnt like how short breakfast time slot was. also the fact a pool wouldve been nice. the halls and decorations were bit dull and old.
